At Formtex LLC, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Return Portal: Access our return portal on the website or contact our customer service team at infot@sveelte.com.
  2. Fill Out the Return Form: Complete the return form with the necessary details including your order number and reason for return.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the return form inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at infot@sveelte.com to notify us of your intention to exchange the item.
  2. Follow Return Steps: Follow the return steps outlined above to send back the original item.
  3. Place New Order: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your new order for the exchange. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or an alternative product.

5. Refunds

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at infot@sveelte.com to notify us of your intention to exchange the item.
  2. Follow Return Steps: Follow the return steps outlined above to send back the original item.
  3. Place New Order: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your new order for the exchange. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or an alternative product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at infot@sveelte.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. International Returns

International returns follow the same process as domestic returns. However, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment.

8. Refund Status

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check Your Bank Account: First, check your bank account for the refund.
  • Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Right to Refuse Returns

Formtex LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy criteria.
