SVEELTE Terms of Sale

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made directly through https://sveelte.com, operated by Formtex LLC under the SVEELTE brand, with a business address at 30 E Broadway, Suite 203, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, United States, and customer service email jeiber@sveel.com. In this document, “SVEELTE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that seller.

1 Scope and Acceptance

Before confirming your order, you may review these terms and the shipping and return policies linked during checkout. By accepting the terms and submitting an order, you request to purchase under those conditions. Purchases through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other platforms are also governed by the terms of the platform used; these terms do not replace its applicable rules.

2 Eligibility to Purchase

You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase. If you do not have that capacity because of your age, your parent or legal guardian must make the purchase. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use an authorized payment method.

3 Products and Availability

Our offerings may include footwear, apparel, and accessories. Availability depends on inventory and the selected product options. Review each product’s description, material composition, size guide, and care instructions. We strive to display product features accurately; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. This does not limit your rights if you receive a defective product or one that differs from its advertised description.

4 Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD, $). Before confirming your purchase, you will see the product prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and total amount due. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Promotions are subject to the conditions and dates published for each offer and do not apply retroactively unless expressly stated.

5 Order Confirmation

The automatic acknowledgment email confirms that we have received your request. Your order is accepted when the shipping carrier confirms delivery of the order. If we cannot fulfill it because of unavailable inventory, a material pricing error, or a payment issue, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for canceled products. We will not charge a higher price without your authorization.

6 Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States. The total processing and delivery time is seven calendar days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs and options are displayed before payment. If a delay occurs, we will notify you and obtain your consent or arrange cancellation and a refund when required by law. If a package does not arrive or is damaged, email jeiber@sveel.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

7 Order Cancellations and Changes

You may request a cancellation or correction by emailing jeiber@sveel.com. If the order has already been prepared or shipped, changes may not be possible; in that case, the return policy and your applicable rights will apply. Any cancellation restriction for personalized items must be disclosed before purchase and does not affect claims involving defects or failure to fulfill the order as agreed.

8 Returns Exchanges and Refunds

You may request a return within seven calendar days after delivery. The product must be new and in excellent condition. Formtex LLC pays for return shipping. Returns under this voluntary return policy are not accepted for products that fail to meet these conditions, including products used or damaged after delivery. This exception does not apply to products received defective, damaged, or incorrect, which are addressed in the following section. To request a return and receive shipping instructions, email jeiber@sveel.com. We will issue a refund to the original payment method within seven calendar days after Formtex LLC receives and inspects the returned product; your bank may need additional time to post the refund. Size exchanges depend on inventory. These commercial conditions do not reduce your legal rights regarding defective or incorrect products.

9 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or an item that differs from your order, contact jeiber@sveel.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We may request photographs to evaluate the issue, without imposing requirements that limit your legal rights. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate. Costs necessary to correct an error attributable to SVEELTE will not be passed on to the customer. Any additional commercial warranty will be described separately; these terms do not establish an unconfirmed warranty period.

10 Liability and Consumer Rights

SVEELTE is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or waives mandatory consumer rights or warranties. These terms do not include a mandatory arbitration requirement or a class action waiver.

11 Governing Law Changes and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal laws of the United States, without depriving you of mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. You may email jeiber@sveel.com to seek a resolution of any issue. Changes to these terms will be published with their effective date and will not change the conditions of orders already accepted.

Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, published on sveelte.com. Return requests are handled by email at jeiber@sveel.com.

1 Acceptance and Scope

Read these terms before using the website’s features. When a feature requires acceptance of terms, acceptance will be requested through the appropriate mechanism. If you do not accept the applicable terms, do not use that feature. These terms apply to this website; they do not govern external services that have their own terms.

2 Accounts and Login Information

If the website allows you to create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Protect your password and notify us if you discover unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s account without authorization or share login credentials in a way that compromises security. We will handle incidents in accordance with our legal obligations and Privacy Policy.

3 Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may browse the catalog and use the website’s features for lawful purposes. You may not introduce malicious code, interfere with the operation of the service, attempt to access systems or data without authorization, impersonate others, or use the website for fraud. You may not collect other users’ personal information without a legitimate basis or reproduce protected content beyond uses authorized by its owner or by law.

4 Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, photographs, text, graphics, and other content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. Access to the website does not grant ownership of these materials or a general license to use them commercially. You may view and use them to learn about products and make purchases. Other uses require permission when required by law. The presence of SVEELTE on the website does not constitute a representation about the registration status of its trademark.

5 Website Information

We strive to keep information current and correct errors. Size and care guides help you select and use products, but should be read alongside each product’s specific description. General information does not change a product’s promised features or the conditions of an accepted purchase. If you find an error, report it to jeiber@sveel.com.

6 Reviews and User Content

If we enable reviews or other posts, you must share relevant, truthful content that you own or are authorized to use. Do not publish third parties’ personal information, unlawful content, threats, or unauthorized advertising. You retain the rights to your content and grant SVEELTE a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store and display it within the service for which you submitted it. This permission does not include using your photographs or likeness in external advertising without additional permission. We may moderate content that violates these terms and explain the action when appropriate. You may contact jeiber@sveel.com about removing a post.

7 Privacy and Communications

Our handling of personal information and use of cookies are explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, published on sveelte.com. These terms do not replace any required notices or consents. Promotional communications will be managed in accordance with user preferences and applicable law; you may unsubscribe through the mechanism provided in each message.

8 External Services and Links

The website may include links or integrations with payment providers, social networks, or other services. Their use may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that SVEELTE owns the external service. This does not eliminate SVEELTE’s responsibilities for providers it uses to deliver its own services.

9 Availability and Suspension

The website may experience interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. We will take reasonable steps to maintain and protect its operation. We may restrict an account or feature if there is a violation of these terms, fraud, or a security threat, taking proportionate measures and allowing you to contact jeiber@sveel.com to request a review. Suspension does not eliminate obligations relating to orders already accepted, refunds, or users’ legal rights.

10 Liability and Governing Law

Liability arising from use of the website will be determined under applicable law. No provision limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal laws of the United States, without displacing mandatory protections in the user’s place of residence. Disputes will be submitted to courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

11 Updates and Contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable obligations. We will publish the new version with its effective date and notify you of changes or request renewed acceptance when appropriate. Changes will not apply retroactively to reduce rights already acquired. For questions about the website, its content, or these terms, email jeiber@sveel.com.
